Guangzhou Sailong Additive Manufacturing Co., Ltd., founded in 2018, is a national high-tech enterprise under Xi'an Sailong Metal Materials Co., Ltd which is controlled by Northwest Institute for Non-ferrous Metal Research. Core businesses focus on developing (1) Selective Electron Beam Melting (SEBM) technology and SEBM systems; (2) Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP) technology and PREP systems; And (3) metal powders and powder metallurgy products. Sailong has annual capacity of producing 100 tons of metal powder, 20 SEBM and PREP systems, and more than 10, 000 metal AM parts. The first launched self-designed SEBM systems in China, including S type system for R & D and the Y type system for manufacture of medical implants.
